Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our categories or use the search function and menus at the top of the page until you locate what you are looking for, then click “Add to Cart”. A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in your cart as you continue to browse our website. You can continue to add more items or remove items at any time. 

After you have finished selecting your desired items, click on the small basket in the top right-hand corner, then on “View Cart” and finally "Checkout". You will be asked for a few details that we require to process your order. You will then be transferred to our secure payments provider where you will be prompted to insert your payment details.

Orders are delivered to Germany within 3 to 5 business days and to other European countries within 5 to 10 business days (standard delivery) or within 1 to 2 business days to all of Europe (express delivery). Express orders received by 3 pm are shipped the same business day.

By payment via SEPA bank transfer, the delivery time begins on the day following the initiation of the bank transfer.

Orders are prepared for shipment and deliveries are carried out during normal business hours, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. In some countries deliveries are also made on Saturday.

We ship 100% climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen. Certain orders with special requirements may be sent with other shipping companies.
